You too can be scum

Soap Scum is holding auditions for new guest stars. All actors and actresses must have improvisation training and be able to make strong, quick and funny choices. All ages and types welcome.

General auditions are being held Monday March 11 at noon to 4:00pm. Bring picture and resume and wear comfortable clothing. Other auditions can be arranged by appointment. Please use email to contact the director.

Soap Scum is performed every Thursday at 8:00pm at the Whitmore/Lindley Theatre. Actors are called at 6:30pm for warm-up and rehearsing of the "previously on" opening.

Guest stars are scheduled for a particular date and are expected to participate in the warm-up in order to be aquainted with the games that will be used during the performance.

The guest star will consult with the director to develop a character that fits into the world of Hidden Valley Rancho and it's not-so-nice people.

This is a great opportunity for an actor to have a workout and showcase with a minimum of preparation time. Industry is always comped. Each guest star gets a page on this website.
