Her Majesty's Spiritual Guide, Sir Neville Chamberlain, M.D., is the illegitimate progeny of Dr. Jake's evil twin Jacques. A graduate of Oxford University Medical School, Dr. Chamberlain comes on loan from the Royal Academy of Science Department of Paranormal Investigations, where he has undertaken the clinical study of paranormal gifts akin to those, albeit of varying reliability, that he himself was endowed with at birth. A lifetime of experiencing visions has left him a bit, shall we say, "unbalanced." He was recently knighted for driving off a pesky poltergeist that had been habitually pissing in the Queen's tea.
